How to Fix "Invalid Pin" Error on ThinLine Radio App
In the event that you are shown an "Invalid Pin" error in the ThinLine Radio app, please contact our support team at support@sepaindustries.com to regenerate your account PIN.

After your PIN has been regenerated, please fully remove and then re-add the SEPARdio scanner to your ThinLine Radio app to refresh the PIN used for access:
Open the Scanner Management Page of the App by going to Settings -> Scanner Management -> SEPARdio. From here you should see the option to "Delete Scanner"

Next we will re-add the scanner and log in again so that the app updates with the new code.
Select the "Manual Add Scanner" button

From here, enter "https://thinline.separdio.com" into the "Scanner URL" field and wait for the information to populate. Once done, you'll see two fields appear under "Credentials" this is where you will enter the email address and password associated with your account. After this information is entered, press the green "Add Scanner" button.

You should now notice that under the "Configured Scanners" section, SEPARdio appears and shows as connected. You may now back out of the scanner management page (red arrow).

Switch from the Settings page to the Scanner page

Continue to use the application as normal.
